About me

Sarah Foster is currently the School Medicaid Program Manager at the largest Education Service District in Oregon. Sarah leads a team of Medicaid Billing and Claiming professionals to support 23 school districts in Oregon for both Medicaid reimbursement for Administrative Outreach and Direct Health Care Services provided by schools. Sarah is also currently part of a Core Medicaid Team working with the Oregon Department of Education and the Oregon Health Authority to establish clear guidance for Oregon’s schools when participating in one or both Medicaid leveraging programs.
