Frances G. Smith, Ed.D, CVE has taught graduate coursework in universal design for learning (UDL) at GW University in Washington, DC (USA) since 2003. She is an adjunct professor for GW and was previously an instructional faculty/ technology coordinator with Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA.
