About me
Jon Oaks has been a math professor at Macomb Community College in Warren, MI, since 2011. He was the Professional Development Coordinator for the American Mathematical Association of Two-Year Colleges (AMATYC) and is currently the AMATYC Midwest Vice President. Jon enjoys integrating technology, cultural awareness, and service-learning projects into his courses. His training with Open Educational Resources (OER) includes attending the 2016 Educational Technology Organization of Michigan (ETOM) summer retreat on OER.
