Dear Level of Care Training Participant:

Changes have been made to the materials since you attended the Level of Care Training for Trainers. To be well-prepared for the training and efforts underway in your county, It is recommend you review and download the most recent version of the materials.
The edits reflect many of the comments received during the Training for Trainers. The most recent updates uploaded to this site where on December 12, 2017. The materials contain more recent content and are more user friendly and now include a trainer’s guide. For any questions or technical assistance, a new mailbox has been created at: loc@dss.ca.gov. Please direct all questions to this new mailbox and share it with trainers and counties staff as well.

The Level of Care Matrix and Scoring Forms are also located at the California Department of Social Services website at: http://cdssdnn.dss.ca.gov/
