The following guide will include links to 3 OERs and strategies for how to incorporate them into your adult education classroom. It will include testimonials from students that have completed these activities (in the form of quotations from their feedback on end-of-class surveys), tips from teachers that have tried the tasks/puzzles, and ideas for how they could be implemented across 3 delivery formats (since the availability of technology in adult education classrooms can vary):

  • Face to face: a traditional classroom with teacher, students, and no technology
  • Blended: a traditional classroom with a teacher, students, and devices for student-use
  • Distance: a fully online program where students are completing tasks online, asynchronously and at home without immediate support from fellow students/staff.
