What tools do you use to evaluate the quality of OER materials?

Hi Alan,

I am not a member of this Group but I do work on OER Commons! I wanted to ask if you are aware of the evaluation rubrics (Achieve and EQuiP) that are available on every resource on the site? They are an effective, systematic way of evaluating OER resources. Just wanted to make sure you knew they were there!
