Reaching Out Goals and Outcomes: This project will address needs of rural school librarians as they transition to a more digital-based environment. Through face-to-face and virtual opportunities, the project will also provide librarians with opportunities to build capacity as instructional leaders to other school personnel, including teachers, administrators and paraprofessionals.

I agree whole heartedly! I think once we get more used to it, it will get easier! At least that is my hope!!

Yes it is, and I agree with Karen, once we become more familiar with OER, the less time it will take.

I also agree it can be very time intensive. I am very excited about the abundance of resources and ideas and am excited to share more ideas with teachers for collaboration lessons, but I also know that I need to take it one step at a time!
You are right! When I think of the ease and visual appeal of sites like Teacher Pay Teacher compared to OER, it is easy to see why many teachers prefer TPT. Although I hope if more educators use OER, maybe the process will become better.
