OER Course & Ancillary Materials Templates across modalities and LMS applications

What are consortium partner thoughts on building a collection of templates for use in developing and creating OER materials for different Learning Management Systems and different teaching modalities? There are many resources out in OERland, so here are a couple of generic templates:
