As I am finding OER resources to propose as addable, I realized we might all benefit from some sharing of "in process" resources. Several of us are doing units on assessment, on critical reflection/bias work, etc. So, I'm going to start a list of things I have found and am proposing through "submit a resource" in case it might help others. Feel free to add here- and feel free to remove if this isn't appropriate.
If you are having participants (teachers) do critical reflection on their biases, this summary of Brookfield's work is really helpful as a frame. The page includes both steps for critical reflection and operational definitions for different kinds of assumptions we make (that lead to biases?). Teacher made assessment strategies (textbook chapter). This resource is a really good summary of key concepts teachers need to conduct quality assessments.
