If you are traveling by metro, use the metro's Blue or Yellow line to the King Street exit: https://www.wmata.com/schedules/maps/upload/system_map_color.pdf
Please contact your hotel to find out their parking instructions.
You may want to reach out to other participants in the program to carpool together if you are local.

What are going to be the ranges of time for each day? 8:30-3 or 8:30-5:00

You beat me to it! I just added a discussion with the preliminary schedule, which has the following start and end times:
Day 1: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Day 2: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Day 3: 8:30 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
Is there a hotel that you have reserved for this program?
The team and some of the other participants are staying at the Westin Alexandria, (400 Courthouse Square, Alexandria VA 22314) which is within short walking distance to the site of the program.
