Overview

In this Lesson Plan we will present the different technological tools on the use of graphic design and how it is implemented in our daily lives, in addition, we have focused on the development of advertisements in order to have absolute knowledge of these technological tools.

To start we will put into practice the power point lottery game. This activity is a means to draw students' attention and introduce them to the topic and contextualize it.

In this activity, a student is chosen at random and assigned a lottery number.

 

WHILE-ACT

We will start by talking about how to create an advertisement, that will be the topic of the class.  we will talk about how to carry it out, its concepts, parts of an ad and the purpose of an ad.

We will work on different activities on digital platforms such as educaplay and kahoot that help the student understand better the subject.

The first activity will be a true and false type, we will use the kahoot platform, the activity is based on 5 questions related to the topic and the students will choose whether it is true or false.  With this activity the students will understand the topic better.

The second activity is a word search related to the topic to introduce students more to the topic.  In the alphabet soup the students will have to find 10 words

Finally, groups of three students will be made for the elaboration of an advertisement according to the content learned and explanation gave. Advertising poster can be of any product and must consider prices, location, feasibility, you must add costs, size, etc. It must be very creative and eye-catching.

In the last Activity, we are going to evaluate the knowledge acquired from graphic design class about the relevance of create an advertisement. 
In the quiz, you will find 5 multiple choice questions about ads.
To do this survey you must log in to the Edmodo platform, then you will go to the graphic design class and there you will get the survey.
