Training & Resources for School-Based Therapists

The purpose of this group is to provide a scope, sequence, and set of resources for onboarding new Occupational and Physical Therapy providers to school-based practice in Oregon. These resources serve to facilitate competency and fidelity in school-based therapists that encourages sustainability in practice and retention of high-quality staff to ensure equitable access to education for all learners. These resources are the result of a collaboration of educational leaders and the Oregon Department of Education to promote inclusive orientation and onboarding. They are created by and for educators. This group will continue to evolve as a resource sharing platform.
