Esta compreensão deve ter como marco inicial, a percepção sobre o abastecimento de água na cidade onde os mesmos moram, compreendendo as condições de captação, abastecimento e uso da água pelas suas famílias. A partir do “local” o discente será capaz de compreender o contexto da água sob o aspecto global.
