Hello all!

My name is Caitlin Schupp, and I'm an AP Physics 1 teacher in a rural-kinda area of Illinois (kankakee to be more precise). I taught the course last year using the Walker Physics textbook - and I'm changing my text to the OpenStax book this year for two reasons:

1) I find this book breaks kinematics down mathematically and conceptually VERY nicely. Walker was dense and harder for students to understand.

2) This is a free textbook with plenty of problems and examples for students to read and understand.

So far this year, I've assigned linked videos as homework to supplement my lectures, and i'm creating my lectures using the book's examples and text. I will post my lectures somewhere around here if I can figure out how! They are not of my own creation - really I just organize and cut the text down to the important concepts to discuss in class and put a LOT of practice problems in my lectures. If you're interested in using them, I'll make sure I post them as I create them!
