Answers/solutions to the exercises?

Good day sir or madam who reads this. 

I was wondering if the answers to the exercises can be found anywhere. Some exercises include a solution, but not all.

Answers to the even numbered exercises are at the end of the book.. Answers to the odd numbered exercises are in the solutions manual found in the instructors resources area.
