Heartbroken for Florida
by Deborah Rowland 6 years, 2 months agoHey all...we were all just together in Florida, we had many of our teachers from Florida in attendance, so I just want to extend my heartbroken prayers for our collegues and their beloved students.

I am heartbroken for these parents, this school and my beloved state. My class and I were just having a discussion on safety and they all questioned why I lock my door every day when the other teachers don't. I am saddened this has become normal. Tears for all involved and hoping we can figure out some way to fix this.
I can't even process it any more. Just have to put it at the back of my mind and continue on as best I can.
Prayers from Texas as I shake my head in disbelief.
