Contributing to the Oregon Open Learning Groups Community

Overview

This resource gives an overview of using and joining a group on the Oregon Open Learning Hub.

Oregon Open Learning Groups

Find the group(s) that you would like to contribute to in the Groups section on the Oregon Open Learning Hub.

  • Click the Groups menu below the Search Hub Resources box; or,
  • Scroll down to the Groups section.

Click each group's title or image to learn more about the group. This will take you to that group's resource page. From here you can navigate to different sections of the group via the group's tabs:

  • View the Group Resources or click the folders on the left side of the page to filter the resources.
  • Click the Discussions tab to view the group's discussions (if they are public).
  • Click the Members tab to view the group's members.
  • Click the Information tab to view a description of the group and the content area and grade levels the group is tagged with.
  • Click the Recent Activity tab to view a timeline of activity within the group.

When you're ready to join a group, click the Join This Group button in the header area:

Members can contribute by curating resources, creating resouces, and participating in discussions.
