    Spark Tag Game

    Overview

    This is a photograph of a baseball player getting ready to tag a person sliding into a base.

    Problem

    Spark has the ability to use different devices, i.e., smartphone, tablets, laptops and desktops. However, when you are meeting with your team, some members are in different locations on their way to the meeting. Your Spark board can connect and transfer connnections from one device into a meeting room.

    • To set up Spark connection to a meeting located in a centralized place.
    • To demonstate how to transfer a started meeting on a moble device into a meeting where the Spark board is located.

    We have new users who wants to have a meeting using the Spark board. However, they are running late to the meeting but would like to talk on the way. Also, when they arrive they would like to transfer their connection to the Spark board and complete the meeting.

    Prerequisites

    • Completed and passed quiz for Spark Application Basics and Spark Teams Basics

    Subject

    Instructions

    1. Locate or relocte yourself to another part of the building and join the Spark Tag Game from your mobile device. If you are on the road or outside the building set up your conversation so it is private and also safe, regarding driving or walking in traffic.
    2. Begin to walk to the established meeting space maintianing your conversation and connection with the team. You may have interference that will reduce the transmission or you may lose the call. Simply call and reconnect.
    3. As you approach the room where the meeting is being held, stop and transfer you connection outside the room, then walk in to the meeting.

    Assessment 

    • Exceeds Expectations—Was able to connect to Spark and transferred connection to Spark meeting upon arrival. 
    • Meets Expectations—Was able to connect to Spark but was not able to transfer connection to Spark in a meeting once arrived. 
    • Revisit—Was not able to either connect to Spark.
