This site will help you understand the different types of quotes and when it is necessary to use them. It also explains the grammar and punctuation rules, so that you know how to use quotes properly. Be sure to read over this site as well, since it addresses two other important terms: summarizing and paraphrasing.

This video will provide the basics of quoting, paraphrasing, and summarizing. Some of the details may be familiar while other points are new.
