This resource is designed to explain content, but not to the students. It is designed to allow teachers to deepen their own conceptual understanding, as well as ponder the language teachers use during instruction.
I highly recommend The Problem with Math is English! It made me look at math concepts in a whole new light. Chapter 5 - a conceptual understanding of the order of operations, was especially enlightening. Check it out!!
