This lesson walks teachers through the steps of preparing students to conduct informational interviews. Informational interviews are a key component to the process of career exploration. In this lesson, students use graphic organize to record what they already know about a career and what they want to learn. They create questions based on what they want to learn and discover the answers to the questions by doing an informational interview. In a follow-up activity, the students write thank you notes to the interviewee after the interview is completed.
