The Foreign Language Achievement Tests (FLATS) measure reading, listening and grammar skills and is offered for various languages, Arabic being one of them. The exam can be administered to students who are in their last year of high school and in college, as it is intended to test achievement in the targeted areas equivalent to the first three semesters of university study in the language.
