This resource describes the plan for implementing the use of OERs in our elementary school.

Working in engineering project teams, students evaluate sites for the construction of a pyramid. They base their decision on site features as provided by a surveyor's report; distance from the quarry, river and palace; and other factors they deem important to the project based on their team's values and priorities.

In this lab, students will be conversing about their weekly routines. They will try to find a time to meet with their classmates to work on a group assignment. They will also compare college life in South Korea compared to the United States.

In this lab, students will converse with their partners to make a plan to meet. The students will ask their partners when they are able to meet and where they would like to meet. Students will learn about days of the week, time, and making plans with other people. 

This resource is intended as a model plan for linking course materials to student learning outcomes. These materials were used in planning a 15-week literature-based composition course taught within the TBR system, ENGL1020. The two attachments illustrate how the course assessments and readings are organized to fulfill statewide TBR General Education Outcomes as well as course-specific outcomes for each unit in the course. The course outline also demonstrates one possibility for sequencing course materials into a 15 week semester.The OER Commons file titled "ENGL1020 Literature Based Composition Course Common Cartridge" contains a downloadable online version of this course that can be plugged into any LMS.

In this activity, students will practice talking about places and cities that they have visited. Students will also talk about what is currently going on in the world by planning a trip.

In this lab, students will discuss symbols or beliefs that either stand for good luck or bad luck. After the discussion, students will talk with a partner, pretending as if they are talking on the phone. Through this activity, students will learn how to make plans through a phone call.

In this section, you and your team will engage in a Landscape Analysis to uncover key structures and supports that can guide your work to support Accessibility in OER. You may or may not answer all of these questions, but this is an offering.

In this activity, students will practice planning a date. Students will also familiarize themselves with how they participate in certain holidays and events.
