Biology is designed for multi-semester biology courses for science majors. It is grounded on an evolutionary basis and includes exciting features that highlight careers in the biological sciences and everyday applications of the concepts at hand. We start our look at the nervous system by looking at the divisions. We go over the central and peripheral nervous system. Looking further at the somatic nervous system and the autonomic nervous system and finally the sympathetic and parasympathetic divisions.
