This is a template intended to be used by Arabic Language Educators to copy, remix, upload and insert media, write, describe, align to standards, license and publish their Arabic Language Activities.

This document lists guiding questions and considerations for K-12 educators in creating Common Core-aligned exemplars that focus on the ELA literacy standards across disciplines.

Building textual evidence through close reading of texts is a core proficiency addressed by the Common Core State Standards. This template is intended to support two or more educators in working collaboratively to create a cross-curricular lesson that supports students in honing their close reading skills, making inferences from texts, and constructing logical, evidence-based arguments. The toolkit was written for collaborative teams of ELA, Math and Social Studies or Science teachers, but can be used by other subject area configurations as well. The toolkit was developed by ISKME in collaboration with educators from 8 different states, who possessed varied subject area expertise.

This guide is intended for the Fellows of the School Librarians Advancing STEM Learning project. It includes the tasks and timeline for the Fellows work, as well as links to resources and documents tied to the Fellowship role.

This toolkit was created by ISKME to help educators to reach out and share the lessons they have learned, to transcend the boundaries of our schools through advocacy that engages fellow educators both online and in person.

This content is an adaptation of slides from the OpenEd 2021 presentation by ISKME, VIVA, and LOUIS titled: "OER Discovery Research: Librarian and Faculty Curation Personas". The slides are based on research conducted by ISKME with funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), grant number LG-246327-OLS-20.

The OEL Toolkit is openly available and openly licensed. The guidance generated by the OEL Toolkit is of primary relevance to educators and developers working within Australian higher education institutions. The OEL Toolkit web application has been designed with a focus on ease of use. It provides relevant information for users seeking guidance on using, creating, modifying or sharing a specific Open Educational Resource.

This toolkit was developed as part of the Primary Source Project. In creating the toolkit, ISKME collaborated with 12 educators from 8 different states, who possessed varied subject area expertise. The toolkit is a sequenced pathway for selecting informational and non-fiction literary texts, and creating integrated wraparound lessons that meet the Common Core State Standards, as well as the C3 Social Studies Standards and the Next Generation Science Standards.

This template supports STEM teachers and librarians in working collaboratively to create lessons that build science practice and STEM inquiry skills in alignment with state and national science standards, and that address the Common Core literacy shifts around close reading and building textual evidence.
