Students discuss Boise and their own hometown.  They discuss tourist attractions, Make a pic collage of different places and describe their pic college to the other students.

Students learn the differences between living in the U.S. and living in Germany.  Students will view photos of German apartments and compare them to  houses and apartments in the United States. Then students will design their own Airbnb using photos and filling out the attached information sheet, they will share their Airbnb to the group.

Students use German to talk about living in Boise.  Students create activities for visitors to do in Boise. Students discuss previous travels.

Students must try to formulate questions related to the topics on the bingo card. This is to help the students to get to know each other in their target language.

Students are taking a trip to Germany/Switzerland/Austria for Thanksgiving (11/18-11/26). They will need to use their German knowledge to “book” a hotel for the duration of their stay, as well as ask if certain amenities are available
