Shared Core Practice Model

Abstract

The DCFS Management Team (Division Chiefs, CSA III, CSA II, RAs, ARAs) will use the Shared Core Practice Model e-learning to fully understand the Shared Core Practice Model as a tool for improving practice and outcomes outlined by the DCFS Goals and Objectives, Mission and Vision Statements, Strategic Planning Workgroups Initiatives, Data Driven Decision Making, Evidence Based Practice for optimum outcomes for children and families.  This e-Learning training will provide DCFS Managers with the skills/tools to apply the Shared Core Practice Model, to model this practice for their staff, and to support the implementation of the Shared Core Practice Model in their Division/Office.
