Lesson Topic: What is a Family?

Lesson Description: Learn the meaning of marriage and family. Identify the functions of marriage and family. Learn more about the effects of media on families.

Learning Goals/Outcomes: Students will be able to understand the impact of media on family life today. Students will be able to create their own definition of the meaning of family.

HSE.HS.1.5 Analyze the effects of family as a system on individuals and society.
