Rather than telling students what they will be learning, then how and why, students can be more engaged in your class session topic with a focus on WHY first. Organizing your class session using the outline below may engage your students into your topic at the beginning. This will motivate them to understand the what - your definitions, processes, theories, etc. You will also have a plan for assessing your students learning by evidence of their “doing”.

This collection includes:

  • WWHoA Model Overview
  • Marriage and Family
  • Mental Health and Stigma
  • Operant Conditioning and Behavior Modification
  • Activity using Emma Gonzalez's "March for Our Lives" Speech
