General Comments from BranchED's Quality Matters Reviewer:
Global Citizens in Action is a civic engagement curriculum that focuses on cultural exchange, media literacy, and global
citizenship. Although the course itself is intended for students, it includes an educator handbook and could potentially be repurposed to focus on the educator information. It is under a Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0) license.
Instructional Design Notes:
This course would be an intermediate instructional design rebuild. New objectives and considerable reformatting would be neccessary for this to become a fully functional course. Currently all assignments are in the Educator Handbook pdf file. It would take some time to move this content into another format and add in the appropriate interactions.
Quality Matters Score:
63/101, This course features excellent interactives for students.
