Continuous Quality Improvement in Child Welfare Learning Collaborative 2015

Hosted by the Northern California Training Academy in 2015, this two-day learning collaborative focused on structural and functional capacities required to sustain continuous quality improvement (CQI) in child welfare services. The conference also examined the analytic and decision-making tasks inherent to the CQI process, as well as what it should look like when those tasks are executed well.  The resources below are those which were used in the conference and provided by the conference presenters for further reading and continued and collaborative learning.
