Abstract:
The Failure of Humanity in Preventing Genocides
Lieutenant General Rom�o Dallaire led the United Nations peacekeeping mission to Rwanda during the 1994 genocide. Featured in the film Hotel Rwanda, he will discuss the tragedy and its personal and professional aftermath.
