Abstract: Ben Lee comments on employment in Chinatown garment industry. Say Brother presentation of From Spikes to Spindles, a 1975 film about the struggle of Chinese immigrants in major urban areas in the United States to adapt socially and economically, as well as to gain responsiveness to their needs as citizens.
