Abstract:

The Hazor Excavations in memory of Yigael Yadin: Zooarchaeological Analyses This dataset represents the zooarchaeological identification and analysis conducted by Justin Lev-Tov as part of the Hazor Excavations in memory of Yigael Yadin . The majority of the faunal remains come from Late Bronze Age and Iron Age contexts. These ongoing excavations are led and directed by Professor Amnon Ben-Tor of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. The majority of the excavation staff as well as the director are affiliated with the Institute of Archaeology at Hebrew University.
