Abstract:

The project Kokori is an educational initiative funded by FONDEF, aimed at developing a free access game- named Kokori, based on cell biology topics that are included in the official program of biology for Media Education in Chile. Among the challenges posed in this initiative are that the game should be challenging, exciting and entertaining. Should also foster collaboration and healthy competition, and develop a consistent biological environment and according to the contents of the curriculum. This game aims to bring cell biology to middle school youth in an entertaining way and support the work of teachers
