- How did you use this material?
I may use this to enhance my teaching lessons on persuasive reading for sophomores in high school. I liked the graphic organizer and the evaluative questions that get the students to think more deeply about the ads that influence us.

- Did you augment the material?
I thought the material was great. I will probably bring in a sample ad that we can do together...something hip and cool, like an ipod ad.

- In which courses or programs did you use the material?
Sophomore English

- Clarity
Very easy to follow instructions and well-organized plan.

- Consistency
Any teacher could read this and know how to follow this.

- Content Errors
I didn't read it that closely...I was mainly looking at what the content had to offer.

- Interface
No technical issues.

- Suggested Changes
I don't think anything needs changing at this time.

- Exemplary Features
Nice looking graphic organizer.

- How would you recommend using this material?
Teachers, you can use this to begin a unit on persuasive reading. Or, it could be a culminating activity to a persuasive reading unit. It could also be added into a unit that could launch into a discussion about the use of persuasive language on a daily basis.
