Otago Polytechnic is located in Dunedin, New Zealand and has recently adopted the CC By license as its default copyright license. Is developing learning and assessment activities in Wikieducator, with media distributed across Blip.tv, youtube, archive.org, blogs etc. Distribution is gradually being centralised around the Wikieducator developments. Work in progress
