In this task you watch a documentary about the action and applications of aspirin. Afterward you answer a number of questions concerning the documentary.

Op het eind van deze opdracht kan de student een klachtenbrief schrijven naar een firma. In enkele voorgaande oefeningen leert de student hoe een klachtenbrief opgebouwd is en hij leert zakelijk geformuleerde klachten onderscheiden van boze klachten.
