Learning Domains or Bloom's Taxonomy

Abstract:

This website provides an explanation of Bloom's Taxonomy for the three domains of learning: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The cognitive domain involves knowledge and the development of intellectual skills, the affective domain deals with emotion, and the psychomotor domain includes physical movement, coordination, and use of motor-skills. This site presents a compilation of Bloom's Taxonomy in a table that divides the three domains into subdivisions, going from the simplest learning behavior to the most complex. This site could be a useful reference for educators or trainers in the development and evaluation of lessons and activities.
